About Corbett Loft Homes

The Corbett Loft Homes break the stereotypical mould by arranging the town homes around a central courtyard. (Portland town homes are usually recognized by repetitive narrow facades facing a street with a garage door as the dominant feature.) This courtyard features tumbled concrete pavers bordered by concrete strips that give the feel of a European villa. Access to the courtyard is through a single driveway from the street, providing a sense of arrival and security for the owners. The exterior of the Corbett Loft Homes defies the typical town home exterior by giving the appearance of a large manor house.

The innovation doesn't stop at the front door. Intriguing features such as stained concrete floors on the ground level that mimic large stone flooring slabs, and stained concrete stair treads that lead to Eucalyptus hardwood floors on the main level set these homes apart. Dan and Gina Maloney develop and construct residential urban infill projects in Portland Oregon. Gina is Principal Broker for Maloney Real Estate Services, Inc. She functions as the acquisitions officer for the development opportunities and is the principal broker for the sales of completed projects. Maloney Real Estate Services, Inc. focuses on marketing properties in the Johns Landing/South Portland area.

Dan Maloney, owner of Timeless Design & Development, Inc., is an architect.  He designs and manages the project development. Dan has extensive experience in residential & commercial design, design/build, and residential infastructure projects.

Clyde Manchester, owner of PHD Construction, Inc. is a general contractor and has been in business over 20 years. PHD Construction's code of operation is to deliver completed projects of the highest quality, with attention to detail, and excellent follow-up service. Clyde manages the construction of projects for the Maloney Group.

Dan, Gina and Clyde have over 60 years (combined) of experience and expertise in the fields of architecture, construction and real estate development.
